Queensland cops a dusting with rain water
A Queensland cop who caught a dusting of rainwater while cycling on the road in Perth has been charged.
Police had a man accused of breaching the road laws while cycling along a path near Burrough Road in the CBD.
The 37-year-old had been cycling along the path on Friday morning when an officer spotted him dropping his backpack on a wet pavement.
As the officer approached the man, he heard a thud.
The officer then caught the man’s bag with the contents on top of it.
Officers told the man that was illegal.
The man was charged with breaching the road laws while cycling, according to police.
